Founded by Mr. Kebin Lai, Guangxi Yongkai Group is a diversified and multi-industry private enterprise, ranking among Guangxi Top 50 Enterprises.  Starting from sugar industry in 1993, Guangxi Yongkai Group has achieved a great-leap-forward development in the past 18 years, growing into a modern large-scale private enterprise that consists of Guangxi Nanning Yongkai Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Yongkai Sugar&Paper Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. The Group business covers sugar industry、pulp&paper、real estate development、hospitality industry、business and trade、department stores industry as well as logistic industry. Now more than 10 subsidiaries and branches have already been established in Yongkai Group.  

 

   As the mainstay of Yongkai Group, sugar manufacturing constitutes the core business combined with pulp&paper comprehensive utilization. A strategic partnership relation has been established since the August of 2007 with Citi  International Investment Group. Currently, there are three subsidiaries producing sugar with a daily sugar cane production of 26,000 tons、an annual output of more than 300,000 tons sugar and 30,000 tons consumption alcohol. Besides, two other subsidiaries produce pulp and paper.

 

   Real estate is the new leading industry of Yongkai Group. Yongkai Industrial Group mainly covers real estate、business and trade、department stroes and logistics, etc. As of today, three real estate cantavils have already been accomplished in Guangxi Nanning, with a total covered area of more than 500,000m2. The developed cantavils “Yongkai Modern Town” and “Yongkai Chunhui Garden” are new-style housing and trading community that integrates shopping、entertainment、business、residence and hotel together, gaining the honour of Nanning Construction and Planning Excellence Award and Public Popular Housing Design Award, considered to be star cantavils.

 

   New project development proves to be a crucial strategy that maintains a continous development of Yongkai Group. Till now, huge of money has been pumped into some comprehensive projects like sugar-cane、pulp and paper、alcohol and fertilizer, and other projects like trade and department stores、retail、logistic and hotels,etc . Three sole subsidiaries of Yongkai Sugar&Paper Group has been established to focus on projects related to deep processing and comprehensive utilization of bagasse pulp whitening、paper making and refined sugar as well as agriculture development prjoects such as sugarcane planting. A fine paper comprehensive project with an annual production of 200,000 tons has already been completed and put into conduction in Guangxi Yongkai Daqiao Paper, In addition, some other projects are under the pipe including two port projects, a logistic garden and a bamboo pulp project, which plans to be started within one to three years.

 

   Relying on commercial real estate, Yongkai Industrial Group makes a successive expansion of business cover and industry chain. Five star-hotels have been established one after another-----Nanning Yongkai Hotel、Litang Yongkai Hotel、Yongkai Modern Garden Hotel、Yongkai Chunhui Hotel and Yongkai Mordern Town Hotel as well as Yongkai Property Servie Company. Currently, investment has been strengthened in areas like business and department stores、trade and logistics as well as scientific project development. Among those, as the first project approaching commercial department stores, Yongkai Shopping Mall has been already on the right track and become the new shopping landmark.
